ninja
The ninja macros are used for projects that supply a Makefile, and potentially a ./configure script.
%ninja
Use ninja, without any additional arguments this will run the default target (likely the build)
%ninja_install
Use ninja to install the build results to the installroot
%ninja_test
Use ninja to run the test suite
